does anyone know where or how much a tranny solonoid is for a 3vz auto tranny

 

Which one ?
They're 4 of 'em in the tranny and you're looking at ca $85.00+ each for them.
You really need to figure out what's wrong, rather than just $$$$$ into it.

well the best i know of whats wrong with it is what i explained in the first post. best i know is that if you shift it manualy its fine, but if you let it shift on its own, it has no accel and once you hit 40 it goes into overdrive and wont downshift for anything

 

You, or someone, should run some diags. on it.
There's a link here on YotaTech to the FSM for a '91 or so and that
has the procedures to check everything out.
