Well 1963 was a little before my time. But, even though I had heard the words "chicken tax" used in a sentence before, I sure couldn't tell ya what it was 'til today. Never have been too interested in how bureaucracies work. Now I know for when I'm on Jeopardy someday though...
EDIT: No sign of that sticker on mine...as of yet. I'll be repainting it again soon, so we'll see if it shows up.
