California Oxygen Sensor

I've been trying for the past week to track down an oxygen sensor that is compatible with the California 3vze ECU.

RockAuto only has a Walker compatible. All others are Federal only.
Toyota said they don't have any of the OEM 89465-39515, and ToyotaPartsDeal confirmed no stock.
AutoZone, Napa, and O'Reilly all have nothing that is California spec.
The eBayer with 9 of Denso 234-4511 (The CA spec sensor) canceled my order citing no stock (despite listing stock and keeping the listing active after canceling on me)

Denso 234-4052 is Federal spec and will NOT run the truck. I throw a CEL and it won't even start (I repinned the dead sensor's plug onto the 4052).

Are there any other places I may have missed that can source an OEM quality (NTK or Denso) sensor? I'll get the Walker for now (And pray it doesn't get canceled like every other order I've placed), but it's insane that an o2 sensor may be the death knell for my truck.

I appreciate the link. "Usually ships within 3 to 4 weeks." doesn't breed much confidence, but I'll give it a try!

Better than nothing. At least with Amazon you can ship it back no problem if it doesn't work.

O'Rielly has one as well.

Unfortunately, the O'Reilly one shows unavailable to order, as it does on Napa and AZ, even when called to attempt to purchase. Gotta hope Amazon comes through in a month.

I have a 95 here in California. When I bought it I could not get it to pass. Went to Toyota to get the O2 sensor. They had to order it but it only took a couple of days to get it in stock. But I had no idea there was a California version. First I heard of that.

I noticed RockAuto has Califotnia as well as Japan made listed for the 92-93 O2 sensors. Crazy. My 86 is a simple non-heated O2.

Sadly, Toyota told me they can't get it anymore for mine (93). Do you have one or two sensors in 95?

Denso OEM O2 Sensor for my 91

Yota Shop might be worth a try?
I ran into the same issue and got (89465-39355 Toyota OEM Genuine SENSOR, OXYGEN) from "partlane" on eBay for $173.
I figured I might have got the last one in existence.
This was over a month ago (Dec 2022).

Well, the O2 ended up not being the only problem.

I've got exhaust valve leaks on two of the cylinders, and low compression on all of them. No mechanics in my area are willing to rebuild and I can't handle that job any time soon. So I may have to sell the rolling shell.

Hey that is where my 4Runner came from. The Dublin dealership. There has to be someone around there with good used engines for sale. You could get one off of ebay and have it shipped in pretty cheap. I am getting ready to do a 1U swap on mine. Even with 211K it still runs perfectly. I was thinking of popping it out early and making it available cheap. But in thinking about it I am not close enough yet.

If the USA sites show the part is discontinued than the Amayama listing will end be cancelled, too.
Discontinued is pretty much the end of the line as far as the Toyota pipeline is concerned.
I've had a hard time finding a Denso 02 sensor for my 1987 22re with cal specs.
