When i start the 4runner i get the buzzer sound like when leaving the key in with the door open
Door is closed lights off start her up and it buzzers for about 10 sec.
Is this normal?

Yes, normal reminder to put n seatbelt.
If you don't want it, just disable it like I did.

Wait, what??!! Seat belt buzzers have been required equipment for the past 45 years! (including a short while in 1974 when an interlock prevented the car from starting if the seatbelts weren't on -- I owned one of those cars).

And, presumably, you didn't know what THIS buzzer was because you're not wearing a seatbelt, ever? Okay, I know, some 11% of US drivers don't regularly wear seatbelts. At least we know what to call them.

For the record it does it seat belt or not. It didnt start buzzing until recently. But since it goes off eventually and has no ill effects on the truck i ignore it now.
