bumpers and sliders

Im looking for front and rear bumpers and sliders for a 90 reg cab short bed pickup. I live in NC (27205) I'm also thinking about building my own if you guys can give me some ideas and demensions

well i would not recomend the setup i have bull bars suck they dont offer any protection on the sides, and my sliders work but they are reinforced nerf bars that are plated and welded to my frame
