my neighbor has a chev. s10 with a double tube front bumper would this fit on my 93? will i have to mod it a few of my buddys have them on their yotas

Anything will fit anything with enough fab work

Do you have a welder and some fab skills? You'll need them to get it to fit properly. Probably have to relocate the mounts to get it to fit

are you talking about a smittybilt bumper? If so they make them to fit your truck w/o any modification.
