Bosal makes a good headerpipe that's priced very fair.
The studs and nuts I'd get from Toyota. The pinch nuts Toyota uses cost a bit more, but are well worth it.

I dunno. At the time Bosal had a good price for my application, and the person doing the exhaust work said Bosal made a good product.
I did put a bolt-on Walker muffler on.
My converter is/was Magnaflow. That's the one component I hate. I knew the B.A.R. wasn't very fond of aftermarket cats, and know I see why. Whenever i see threads where people are pulling off their stock exhaust system I plead with them to hang onto the oem cat.

 

The hanger behind my cat had failed and here's my double-hose clamp solution. It's held up for countless years now.

You'll also note that I've changed to stainless steel bolts on the exhaust.

pretty much what I was envisioning for that hanger, functionally just about as good as a weld it seems

one thing I am looking at on the replacement is the bracket in the photo (shown with the arrow)

not quite sure where it attaches but seems worth securing for preventing another crack

still have to take the manifold pipe flange off, but it didn't seem to have this bracket

 

As one works with aging trucks, the art of fabrication becomes increasingly important. I'd look to stock (unmodified) trucks to see where the attachment points have been made and try to mimic that. Toyota did a lot of testing to come up with our exhaust system design so it'd last a long time. Pay careful attention to where things get bolted securely versus where things are in loose rubber grommets.

If memory serves, I think that bracket attaches to the bell housing at the mounting bolt to block
