you said "i got home last night from work i pulled it into the garage and noticed my rear driver side tire was covered in fluid"
if fluid leaked from the cylinder enough to cover the tire there had to be some in the drum that contamintaed the pad / shoe. contaminated shoes can affect how brakes feel
sometimes they can swell some and make a touchy grabby pedal and sometimes they can make a soft pedal

took my truck to a toyota specialist. yes they are still not fixed, i asked them about the lsvp and they said you cant really bleed it and it only thing it could affect is the amount of pressure applied to the back.. i guess im just gonna bleed and bleed and bleed. finally got some time 3 days off!!

Have you replaced the leaking rear wheel cylinder or figure out why it leaked all over? You mentioned that you cleaned the brakes and parts, but did not say you had replaced the cylinder.

You can bleed the lspv, and if it is rusted you won't have brakes in the rear. Whatever, keep searching I suppose.
