ive got an 88 4x4 truck, single cab...

theres 2 bolts on the b-pillar on each side. 10mm head on them...

they are (if youre sitting in the drivers seat) just over your left shoulder. they bolt into some kind of plate behind the sheet metal. i loosened one of them to see if i could figure out what they were because i was planning on cutting a little bit around that area to install some speakers.

anyone know what they go to? i cant get my hand back there in any way to feel around.

man. someone HAS to know what these are for!

im afraid to take both bolts out in fear of whatever gusset is back there itll fall down, and then im screwed.
