Just an update from my side of the thread. My 4runner is for sale and a 3rd gen is in my future. The wheels I originally wanted to paint are currently sitting in my garage, collecting dust. They have been up for sale here but noone wants them. Probably off to ebay soon.
As far as powdercoating goes, J look into that black chrome for me. The new 4runner is getting a set of classic IIs and i'd love to have them black (depending on 4runner color)
