Bigger wheels...

So on most of these lift kits, you need a 15" wheel and 3.75 backspacing, right?

Well, I really like 16s.... Plus, i can actually get the tires i want (Procomp extreme all terrain 265-75-16)

So, if i want to run any of these bracket kits with a 16 wheel, how does that affect the backspacing and such if at all?

Just get a wheel with 3.75" backspacing. Its to clear the upper control arm. The bigger rim won't effect anything, go for it!

I might get my buddies 20's off of his tahoe with a basically new set of 33x12.50.20 toyo mudders along with them.

NOthing wrong with 16", as long as their OEM or steelies. I'd love to run 255/85-16s on my truck.

They'll be terrible off road and you'll look like a knob.

Actually a lot of people prefer bigger wheels so that the tires the run have less sidewall (shorter side wall) and less tire deflection. It helps the tires stay on obstacles better. However not enough side wall and you can kiss those rime goodbye.
