Best way to lube windows?

Best way to lube windows?
The rear cargo window as well as the rear passenger door windows on my 4runner are moving pretty slowly and are definitely stuggling to go up and down and i wanted to see what other people have done to fix this issue. I'm trying to think of something that will lube them but not leave streaks all over the windows. Any thoughts?

I shoot some kind of lubricant or rubber treatment on the bottom which has seemed to help, I have the same issue you do, both my rears are pretty slow. I spray the stuff on cycle the windows up and down quite a few times then wipe off the window.

I spray the rubber tracks with silicone spray. Start at the top and let it run down the track. Run the window up and down a couple of times then spray some more.
Also another thing I do in the winter is I spray some silicon on a rag and wipe the doorseals good and wet. It helps keep the doors from freezing to the rubbers. Another good winter idea is to spray "lock ease' in your door locks a couple of times a year. Helps keep them lubed and from freezing.

this happened to my crank type window.
it was a pita. and ripped from being too tight.
after i replaced it w/dealer oem new weather stripping, it glides as if its in silk.
so, i think the rubber just warps and hardens into a crumby seal. buying a new one will definately cure the trauma.
