battery and brake light on

92 4runner battery and brake light are on,alternator is brandy new. but sometimes the lights flash sometimes its off sometimes its always on..

as well as im having a random minor misfire, but not throwing any codes?

Check and clean grounds...

If good, start checking to see if the alt. is puttting out 14.4 volts to the battery with the truck running. If not...

The new alt is bad or you have a wiring issue. Start checking wires to make sure nothing is split or gounding on any metal.

I am having an issue with my oil pressure sensor.. its not reading anything on the dash ever now and again start and charge and battery is all bueno thanks for the response
