Pretty sure the link I posted explains everything that needs to be done, including the extra parts.

to swap to the manual hubs you should have the thrust washer the adjusting nut the lock ring with the tabs you bend over and the lock nut the one that holds the whole thing on.
You can get all these from any trail-gear drop-shipper in a nice little kit.
