I have a 9000 lb in my warn fits fine anything more than that is over kill if i need more power i will just hook up a snatch block. As for people bending there arb's i have never seen it i have done some very had wincing and never bent it just make sure it is fastened properly with grade 8 hard where and large grade 8 washers and you should have no problems
