Any good shops in Sacramento?

Anyone had any good, trustworthy work done in the Sacramento area? I've got a 95 4Runner and want to put a 5VZE in it. Looking for any advice or help too.

btw, if you have a shop do it, its gonna run you at least 5k.

Get on google and just look for shops around sacramento. Also, go to the 3.4 swap area. Might be some stuff over there.
