Am I missing some bolts/plugs here? Transmission

Got under my truck today just to get a look at a couple of things.

I noticed the following "holes" with threads on the transmission, it is wet back there, but couldn't tell if it was ATF.

Anyone know what these are or if there is supposed to be something threaded in there?

looks like you can see the end of a bolt threaded in from the back side.

Yeah, it looks like a stud from the bell housing on the inside.

Thanks guys, I really have no clue when I look at most of that stuff. I just noticed a couple of drips under my 4Runner that I had never seen before. Now i'm getting paranoid about things going wrong

I suppose my rear main seal is leaking pretty good, getting oil over that area when I drive?

Thanks.

Joe,

I really don't know where all that is coming from. It just started happening recently. I changed the oil myself and walaaaaaaa! Oil Leaks started appearing. First thing I checked was the oil filter to make sure I didn't double gasket the thing, but it isn't coming from there.

Oil cap still on, valve cover gaskets are clean too.

Its funny, I drove an hour and a half today. Then the truck sat for 3 hours and absolutely NOTHING dripped underneath.
