Thought we had photoshop at work but was wrong, sorry about that, so here is my 2 minute hack job using paint. Pretty crude but I think it would gives the basic idea. I think that it would end up moving your main hoop and the outlookers up 1.5-2". The outlookers would still end up being in the middle of the headlights. Not sure if you would want to cut the bar off with the light taps and move the tabs up to the top of the hoop, but would just have to mount the lights up side down if you kept them inside the hoop. You would maybe mount the other two lights on top of the hoop if you still wanted to keep 4 lights on the lower bumper. But that might limit a little visibility.

That bumper is tits!

thats EXACTLY like id design mine. simple, effective and strong. Nice!

I like it better than the the FROR bumper they make. You can mount more stuff on yours like lights and a stinger.
