all pro transfer case parking brake, speedo?

Well, got my all pro transfer case parking brake kit and the rotor hits the sensor for the speedo. Called all pro, dont know who I talked to but told me he had no idea how people fix this and to try front range? Searched all over the place and cant find any info on it.
Do you guys have a fix or a adaptor the might work or am I S.O.L on the speedo.

Thanks Brian

Do you have a sensor or a cable (I believe post 80's trucks came with a sensor, not a cable). My 87 has a cable.

If you have a cable, you are likely SOL.

If you have the sensor, you can simply buy some wires, and some heat shrink, and solder the wires to the sensor contacts, cut the plug out, and solder the wires to the extensions. I'd add some disconnects to the wires so you can remove the transfer case w/out cutting the wires, should the need arise.

Wow, I did not have this problem at all with mine. I have the trail-gear doubler, the stock forward-shift as the reduction box, then an unknown vintage for the second case. Cable cleared with no problems.

Here's pix of mine installed, not sure if you can see the speedo connection:

We need more info on your setup, something doesn't sound right.

yes, it is the electronic spedo. No cable. It is also for a 94 toy. Will get a picture of it up tomorrow if I can. If night shift agrees with me. Haha. Anybody else know any tricks. I never thought of soldering to it.

Okay, finally got this thing figured out. In case any body else wants to know.
Got an adapter from marlin crawler. Clears the disc now and barley hits the mounting bolt. Works perfectly now.
