You can do toe and camber pretty easy, but caster is pretty tough.
Did you just put on a lift or something?
Long story made short - get it close yourself, then take it to a shop. If you're going to 'wheel it, it would be worthwhile to look at a "lifetime" deal - pay once, and they redo it as long as you own the truck.

TC's got the right idea though... Whack on it enough in your driveway to make it safe, then head to a shop and let them finish it up. There are mixed results here ont he forum about Firestone, but it's hard to beat their lifetime alignment deal. About $150 and you'll never pay for an alignment again.
fwiw, I'm in the "unsafe" boat right now. I replaced my upper a-arms with a set of ATS arms to get a bit more droop and didn't get it aligned. The net result is that my camber's trashed and the outside 2" of both front tires is now nearly bald. As well, the truck has a nasty tendency to "sail" when shifting lanes at highway speeds.
Gotta whack on mine.
