Aftermarket ignition spark gap

Aftermarket ignition spark gap
If you running an ignition box, what kind of gap are you running on your plugs?
I got a Summit box, running like 0.045, seems good have ran it for over a year with no complaints, combined with my other mods I have tons of low end torque, added to lots of gearing and lockers not many places I can't go. Still enjoy driving it even on interstate on ramps. But no real gains in MPG's.
I used the stock ignition as a trigger so that if need I can go back to that set up because the box fails me, just have to let engine cool to reset spark plug gap.
Let me know what your running.

in theory, their suppose to send the spark directly straight down, towards the piston, and in turn burn the fuel more completely
I've seen a few tests that show an increase in HP, miles per hour, and a reduction in emmissions from running them
