After headgasket boil over

I just did a headgasket job on my 93 pickup 3vze. I added top brand gaskets, arp studs and headers. Upon initial startup after only running for 10 min or so, water starts flowing out out the radiator fill cap while I try and purge the system of air. Its like old fate full! The water coming out is not even remotely hot, completely cold.
Is it safe to say I have A cracked block or head, or am I missing something?

Update:
I half arsed the job and did not have the heads machined. I ran a straight edge across each cylinder and did not find more the 10 thousands run out on both. I may have missed a larger issue... But with the composite gaskets and arp head studs from LCE and a few heat cycles it so far has been running great, and at normal temp.

When you're bleeding the cooling system after it's drained, that's normal. Well, I don't know the severity of how much water is coming out but some spillage is normal. That's because there is air trapped somewhere and it can't get out until the thermostat opens. Once the thermostat opens water starts to flow everywhere and the air is able to flow up to the top. The air pushes water in front of it which causes the spillage. So overflow is normal, a geyser is not. Look up "spill free funnel" to reduce the spillage from air bubbling out. If there is a geyser, then something is up.
