Advise on new head

Advise on new head
Saw white smoke comming out of my 22re. She has about 30,000 on a rebuild.
Compression was 182,181, 190, 204. Ordered a coolant exhaust gas test kit from Napa. If the test is positive I'd like to use this opportunity to upgrade the head/cam. Local to me are enginbldr http://www.engnbldr.com/head-shop.html and Team Yota http://http://www.yotashop.com/amc-1...head-complete/
Any opinions?

Just did the NAPA combustion leak test and its yellow so any opinions on either the Topline head from engnbldr or the AMC head from Yotashop?

the head gasket isn't blown but I may have a small crack in the head.
So the head is comming off and to the machine shop for testing.
