Running blocks (over 1") starts to create alot of lateral force. If you watch the axle of a truck running big blocks on a hard start, you can watch the whole axle rotate. This is axlewrap, and this can break things, like your leaf springs and the blocks themselves.
They offer nothing but height..Do it right the first time.
Buy a front and rear kit. You can get about 6-7" from a matching 5" lift Sas kit. Then add a 3" body lift, you will be close to your 11" goal.
But to be honest, your truck would probiblyperform better if it was a little lower. You are gonna have one high COG when its done...

11 inches isnt practical for offroad its actually dangerous. and the only reason to do a sas would be to enhance offroad ability, therefore i think you should do what jay said and stick with ifs. drop bracket, bj spacers, body lift.
edit: oh and even if you stick with ifs still dont do blocks

thanks to everyone who replied....I was embarrass to mention that my truck currently have a 3 inch body lift. Since all you guy tell me its not safe to have a high lifted truck, then I will stick to a 5" lift with longer shackles and long travel leaf springs....I do not like the IFS because you can not go where people who has sas due to axle stress....like I say thanks again.....

You would be surprized where people with IFS can go. Install lockers and your truck would go farther then any SFA with open diffs.
I would install a rear locker (possibly a cheap front one too) then giver. You might change your mind.
If you still want to do a SFA, leave the 3" body lift in, and do a 4" sas kit up front and match the rear (or get a rear kit). This will give you about 8" or lift once the leafs have settled..

No problem, but it is your truck and if you're REALLY dead set on having a SFA under the truck, go for it.
But doing that is gonna cost you a good chunk of greenbacks
