AC/Heater Ait volume low
Looking for help - I have a 91 V6 X-cab Auto, The truck has all new AC system and I cleaned out the Blower Motor. The system get cold and The blower motor sounds like it has all 4 speeds but the volume of air from the vents is weak. Please help!

Could be the air control flaps in the heater/ac unit aren't working correctly. Either the cables aren't connected or they're not moving all the way. The only other thing I can think of is the fan is loose on the motor shaft and isn't going as fast as the motor.

Heater Core
Thanks for the advise. I can hear the "doors moving but maybe not enough. I will look into that this weekend. What about the heater core? Could it be clogged? The temp gauge never gets past the 1/4 mark - runner real cold (even in summer)

If the temp guage is low I would check the thermostat, maybe it's stuck open or has been removed. Or the guage isn't working. The temp on my 93 always ran about the middle of the guage.
