Heyo, New here and needing some help with my pickup. I bought my pickup at the end of May for 3 grand, and for the first 2 weeks it was perfect. 160k everything was great. The third week it started leaking oil like crazy, from timing cover, apparently the previous owner used rtv as a gasket when he did the timing chain. So I re did the job, ended up putting a new oem oil pump in it, (previous owner had the outer gear in backwards). Ran great until I drove 50 miles ish and it started ticking. ONLY at idle, goes away obove 1500rpm. I thought it was valves but they are .007 intake, .012 exhaust. And now I got a check engine light... Code 25. So engine lean. Where should I start? Thanks...
