I was confused at the offset hood scoop talk until I looked at your sig.

What will you do with the scoop the next time you want to go swimming? You have a nose clip for that thing?

Killer pics buy the way.

I like the kiddo's hanging out the back windows.

I thought this was a cool snorkel video as well. kinda like the part where all you see is people and a snorkel, no more jeep.

This can be your new favorite snorkel video Goat.

very nice pics and quite impressive. just as a suggestion, when you are going to hit more deep water, turn the snorkel inlet backwards to avoid any h2o ingestion.

Hehe... I can top that.

This was in yesterday's news here locally.

Think a snorkel would have helped him?

ooo, iwent just about as deep.. but no snorkel.. i think we all know what i'm having to replace, lol.. 350 sbc soon, w00t.

If i were closer to naples, i'd go wheelin w/ ya, it'd be fun.. but if your ever gonna be up in orlando/st cloud area, lemme know b4 you come up. If my trucks' runnin by then, we'll go have a bit of fun.

What'd you do for breathers for the trans, xfer case, & axles? Or do you just drain/fill every time you go out? I'm supprised more water didn't leak in... do you have new seals around your doors? or... wha? i'm in the water 3 sec, & water is RUSHING in.... go figure.

have fun, w/ your runner boat :-D i can't wait till i can mine.

I have breathers on the Transmission and axles...no problems with water in them. The door seals are in good condition..so water does nor rush in. if i stop and wait..water will slowly come in. Sorry to hear about the truck.

mm... maybe i should get new moldings after i get the truck running. How high up do you have the breathers going? I"ll probably run mine up near the snorkel, or into the cab or something.. a breather is only as good as how high it is...
