There is a tiny hose that sits back there on the top of the motor. You have to get right on top of it to see it. Check that. It is a formed hose that is a dealer item. It's a real pain to get to. Good luck. Sorry, didn't read that it was comeing out of your exhaust.

 

It is more toward passenger side i have been underneath i cant tell where it is coming from. it looks like i got leas everywhere. front pass side rear exhaust i am ready to scream!!!
