95 4 runner back window won't go down

I just got this 4 runner.
The switch for the back window wouldn't work but the key in the back would.
Now that won't even work. Any simple solutions?
I was tighten the battery cable at one point, then later that day I tried the back and it didn't work. Is there something around the battery? I check all the fuses, unless that one is tucked away some where. Anyone know exactly where that one would be or where I can find out. I didn't see it in the manual.
thanks

Unless there's a specific lock for that door, I've had all un-locked and it still didn't work. I'll double check that tho. I have it a part right now trying to change the belts.

Wow, you're good. Thats what it was. Can't believe that hasn't happened til now. I would have never thought of that since I'm using a key to open the window. You saved me some money. You should feel good about that, I know I do.
thanks

There's an interlock switch on the rear wiper that can cause this problem. If the rear wiper isn't properly parked, the rear window won't open. Make sure the wiper is all the way up, and wiggle it a bit.

that was it. thanks again. Know anything about the switch for the back window and why that doesn't work? Fine if you don't, you've been a real big help. Is there an easy way to get that to park properly?

thanks
