94 Runner 3.0 Engine Noise

Hello to all. I recently purchased a 94 Runner 3.0 with an obvious "klattering" noise. It turned out to be a completely wiped out rod bearing. So I pulled the engine, and went back in with a new crank and bearings. (mains and rods). New seals and timing belt. Everything else seemed ok, so nothing else was replaced. At initial start up, and since then (it has about 200 miles on it now) it's making a slight "ticking/tapping" noise. It's definately not a deep klatter like before. I can hear it from inside while driving with everything off and the windows up. If the windows are down, I can't hear it, (just for an idea of how loud it is). It does seem to run with the RPM. It seems just a bit quieter when its cold. I'm looking for any suggestions as to what it may be. Could it be valve train noise? Fuel Injectors? It has 163K miles on it, and supposedly the Engine was replaced with a remanufactured one about 80K miles ago. Everything else seems to be fine, performance is ok, no missing or other obvious problems or noises. I would be glad to post pictures or video if needed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
