94 4runner dash warning lights flickering/engine missing

I gave up. I'm putting the truck in the shop. I've tried all the suggestions in this thread and had no luck. Hopefully the shop will have better luck than I have without completely raping my bank account.

It took the shop a while to figure my problem out. It ended up being a bad ground wire and a bad alternator. Apparently I just missed itit. I thought I had checked allevels of that but I missed one and that was the one causing all the trouble.
The truck ran great after I got it out the shop for a few months then the engine kicked the bucket. Blew going down the highway. I'm thinking about selling it. I've got almost all the parts for a 3.4 swap too.

Thank You Sir. I thought it was a ground issue and you just confirmed that it is the common cause of this issue with our trucks.
Gotta love a strong community.
