Exclamation 94 3.0: replaced heads, runs poorly-misfires

94 4runner 3.0 200,000mi

the truck was running strong and sounded good, but i was having trouble passing smog i checked and #'s 1 and #4 had low compression so i thought i would change the head gaskets. once i got in there i found craks on the heads so i bought two rebuilt heads from headsonly (an ebay supplyer). after installing the new heads and some rebuilt fuel injectors the engine now runs worse. its rough and #1 and #4 seem to have low compression again.
if the rings on those cylinders are the problems i dont get why its running worse.

thanks

misfire on #1 cylinder. it has spark and compression. how do i tell if its getting gas. ( just rebuilt top end, rebuilt heads, rebuilt injectors)

FYI- I merged your two threads and deleted the duplicate thread you had in the 84-85 folder.

what is your compression now? 200K on your 3.0 probably gonna need more than just heads
