4runnewb, you get 2 size 12 bolts and you thread them in to the holes and as you screw them in(equally)they will push the hubs out. just pull the hubs a tiny bit out then loosen the bolts and hamer/tap the hub back in...loosened about 4 cone washers that way and repeated. if you look at the design you would see that you wouldnt damage any threads unless you were really askin for it !
