93 4runner figured out performance issue
My 93 4runner with a 3.0 has a reman engine with 17,000 miles.Since I bought it it has been sluggish,has hesitation when accelerating,and just a dam pig.Not throwing any codes.
I read the write up about moving the knock sensor to the engine lift hook.
So I bought a pig tail,drilled the hook,and tapped it to a 12 mm 1.25 pitch,and installed a new knock sensor.
Performace issued solved.Truck runs like a top, and has so much get up and go.
