dont have a clue..... get a chiltons with a wiring diagram

 

ADD control relay is somewhere on the right side of the steering column under the dash. from the looks in the factory manual it looks to be somwhere near the ignition

 

thanks. I found the info searching another thread. steering column on the right with "fuel pump relay" printed on it.

now. where's the short??? there's only one more switch I haven't pulled out of the loop. and then there's the contacts in the transfer case
