93 3.0 Clutch replaced

93 just turned 200k miles. Jus replaced flywheel, pressure plate, clutch, throw out bearing, master and slave cylinder... Vacuum bleed, nothing but a full stream of fluid.. Clutch is still right on the floor, engages and works.... I know nothing to adjust but, still a lil rough going into gear..
I understand 1/16-1/8th inch of travel is major. I've adjusted the master cylinder plunger, just backed off from where the slave cylinder would not bleed..
any ideas?? could the slave cylinder arm be worn?? cupped enough to make the difference??

Thanks!
