92 TOY's 22re / crapped out / gotta start somewhere / thread

As said before i will miss this thread from it's randomness to the drama that occured but i have a sneaking suspicion that it'll be around for awhile. Besides there are at least 10,000 more people that need to chime in and send their congrats on finishing. Plus look at it this way. There will be many a newb asking were the spider fits on the intake manifold and how are you supposed to break the cam gear. Have fun 92 i think you'll be fielding Q's for some time in the future.

Well, if you want to swap to a 4-banger you can still go 3.4L displacement... Drop in a 3B out of a BJ75! Might be hard to do, and you might have to get the motor from Mexico, and it might not be allowed on the road, but then your son could say he runs a diesel and did a 3.0L to 3.4L swap!

Hey 92, sorry for the highjack, but I NEED HELP!
I posted on my build thread, what's going on. The wrap around pipe that starts up in the rear firewall and wraps around to the passenger side(yes, that PITA), going up into the head I believe, ....it's leaking oil. It has that lil rubber boot that goes over the pipe-end flange, but no matter how tight I get it(didn't want to snap it off), it continues to leak oil!!!!!!!!!!
Anyone have any ideas? I might be able to seal it up without removing the intake, but I'M REALLY A BIT TICKED right now, and any help would be greatly appreciated!
