the oh so common cancer i seem to find on just about ever Toyota 4Runner i see in Minnesota has rotted mine away. looking to find a rear tailgate in good shape with the window and regulator in it. any ideas as to where to find a clean one?

 

You should look at a wrecking yard for starters... search on www.car-part.com.

thank you. the search on those links were great. i found a couple close for pretty cheap. a buddy of mine has an identical 4Runner to mine and had the same problem. he could not find a gate to save his life in the Minneapolis and surrounding cities. i believe he to posted on yotatech with great resaults in finding his.
