Ok I have 92 Pickup. The windshield wipers will not go all the way down when you turn them off. Does this mean I need a new motor for the wipers?

 

The motor is what comes to mind.

 

well how far up do they go? if they go to far then you need to take em off amd move em down a little and theyll be just right. but mine kinda do somethin like that, they dont go all the way down where there suppose, about 1 or 2 inches to high but I can just push em down where there suppose to go by hand

 

 

I have a wiper motor on my parts truck if you need one I can send it.
