The saga is - I put rebuilt heads on the V6 , runs great for about 20 or 30 miles then when parked and still hot it does not want to start. It cools down after 15 minutes then runs great again. All I'm getting is an error code 14 but no check engine light and no other hints as to why it is so goofy when hot?

 

I wish I could help. I know that on airplane engines sometimes people have trouble with hot starts. It has to do with people priming the engine or trying to start full rich on the mixture. That may have something to do with your truck. Maybe it's something electrical was my second guess.
