91' loss of power give me some Ideas!!

Hey yall I have a 91 4x4 Sr5 that has lost power. Engine runs great its only about 3 years old, but now it wont pull a hill for crap. flat ground does pretty good unless you really try to get on it. then its like you are dragging a piano or something. Need some ideas on what could be the problem.

Everything is stock, Plugs and wires are good. Engine was replaced about 3years ago. Fuel and Air filter are about a month old.

You might have a vacuum leak. There are lots of DIY options like using a propane torch and listening for the idle but I recommend a smoke test. One of the Midas shops near me had a smoker diagnostic machine. Turned out I had some minor leaks that were easily fixed with some new hoses. This should also find any exhaust leaks you may have, those can also really hurt your power.

Thanks, that was where I was going to start. I think that is where some of my problems are.
