Exclamation 88 toy weird brake noise

hey guys been a long time viewer on the site, and finally decided to join. here is the question, my 88 yota is making this weird noise coming from the front end, i think from the brakes, kinda like a constant clicking noise when driving, and when i slow down sometimes it makes a quick pop sound like a hammer hitting a anvil, its been doing this ever since ive had the truck, every time i change the brakes the sound goes away for like 2-3 weeks and comes back. its completely stock with a 22re by the way, thanks in advance

Welcome.
First of all is everything there and tight? All hardware intact? Do you have any visible scoring or patches of different color on the rotor surface?

it could be a bad cv joint or if it is the brakes try applying the brakes lightly at slow speed and see if it goes away. if it does it might be missing a brake shim .this would let the brake shoes to move around.
