88 4runner vacuum problem

I have an 88 4runner I'm having problems with fuel pressure regulator theres a vacuum hose and I can't find where it hooks in to

it attaches to a switch located on top of the rear of the valve cover. from there, a second hose is routed to the intake plenum, via a three-port fitting.

Yep (a Vacuum Switching Valve to be exact).
