Hello every one

I own a 88 4runner and i'm trying to swap in the 22re motor and have ran into a few issues?

the wiring harness has anyone re pined the dash clip from a 3vz to a 22re or 24 pin and 14 pin ??

what 5sdp tranny's will bolt to what bellhousings and t-cases { i have 3 of each but 1 is missing a gear , 2 is from the 3vz motor and will not match up to the 22re bell
, and the 3rd is from 93 22re but when i bolt alltogether there is a space for a 3rd gear shifter ???
