87 Pickup won't run

Swapped a newer 22r motor into my 87 P/U after the old one gave out. Ran fine for about 15 miles and now it wont start. Fires right up when starting fluid is sprayed in carb and is getting fuel but it is just pumping it through the carb and back out the return to the tank. Any thoughts?

check the power wire to the idle cut-off solenoid. With the key in the on position it should be getting 12 volt. Also the green connector to the rest of the wiring on the carb, the prongs on them I had an issue with where they were backing themselves out and not connecting internally. Also make sure you got the fuel lines right and not mixed up. it's easy to do as there are three that go back to the tank.

Where is the idle cut-off solenoid located? I was also thinking about runing new fuel lines and was wondering if I could just run 1 line in and 1 back out instead of having the 3 that could possibly cause problems?
