87 DLX dash on 86 SR5?

87 DLX dash on 86 SR5?
One of my local wrecking yards has the good fortune to have two 87 DLX 4runners. The interior on my 86 SR5 has been looking pretty worn for some time, and one of those 87s has a very nice dash. Would the 87 DLX dash fit on an 86 SR5 4runner? They are willing to let me rip the whole interior for $200, so it sure would be nice.

Did you mean the mountings are the same, or that it is the exact same dash?
Because they are physically different in shape. The DLX also has several built in gauges that my truck does not have.

they are NOT physically different .. if you look closly , they are the same , just with different "accessorys"
they are the same .. and completely interchngable ..
