It seems like everything is from the 86 I have verified the low impendiance injectors are installed that are correct it did have one high impendiance injector before. For the fuel pump I installed a gauge off the cold start injector and I get 37psi Everytime I crank the truck and it holds pressure for awhile. I will go through tomorrow and write a more detailed summary of everything I've done when I read my notes

Here you is a thread you can read through.

An additional check you can do is the fuel pump output. Attatch a 6mm clear tube to the non pressurized return to tank line off of the fuel pressure regulator, plumb the line I to a suitable container. You should get something close to 500cc/min with fuel pump running.

You could also have grounding issues with the head, this will give you poor spark.
