86 Runner Budget Beefed up IFS

So my 4runner has a 3in body lift that the previous owner did and everything else suspension and steering wise is pretty much old and stock. Except I replaced the tie rod ends(oem) so it needs an aglignment. Its going to be sitting on 33x12.50s, it's on 31s atm steering is pretty sketchy. I plan to only spend like $300 max to beef my front end up to be able to handle the larger tires better. I was thinking about starting with a pro comp single steering stabilizer kit and upgrading to a hevier duty idler arm. I also need some shocks, probley just go pro comp as well. This sets me at $240. I want to know what you guys think and or would recomend. As well As to what i should spend the rest of my money on or if this would pretty much handle it? If you guys know better brand's or parts I should upgrade and replace let me know. All advice would be much apreciated

Make sure your UBJ and LBJ are all in good condition. Don't be that person who neglects them and breaks one doing 70 and destroys the front of their truck.
