86 auto o/d shift trouble

86 auto o/d shift trouble
86 4 runner seems to randomly shift into 3rd gear from o/d when on level ground with no change in throttle position.
new thermal switch on intake, new wiring connector into switch, fluid been changed in tranny, well serviced vehicle, new maf sensor/housing
very intermittent problem, can go for hours with no troubles, then sometimes it will just randomly downshift
