86 4runner frame swap help

Specs for both:
1986 4runner 22re EFI automatic
1987 Pickup 4x4 22r Carb manual

Planning on taking the pickup's frame and manual transmission and putting them on the 4runner.

Will the frames swap over fine?
What modifications would have to be made to accommodate the manual transmission in the 4runner.

Update:
Thank you for your help, and I no longer have the 4runner.
I traded it for a Honda.

If the 87 in the picture is a regular cab shortbox pickup then the frame length is the same as the 4Runner and the wheel base is the same as the 4Runner @ 103.35".
First determine if they are the same wheel base! Take a tape measure and measure from the center of the front hub to the center of the rear hub on the 4Runner and the pickup. It should be just over 103". If they are the same wheelbase your first problem is solved! Your second problem will not be solved without cutting, grinding and welding! The first three body mounts from the rad support to the back of the cab on the pickup are in the same location and are the same height as the 4Runner. The rest of the pickup mounts do not have the same spacing nor are they the same height as the remaining 4Runner body mounts. The remaining mounts will have to be cut off of the pickup frame and thrown in the garbage and then the remaining 4Runner mounts will have to be carefully cut off of 4Runner frame and welded to the pickup frame in the correct location.
Manual Transmission swap: Clutch & brake pedals. clutch master cylinder mounted in the correct location. Clutch flex line bracket removed from the firewall on the pickup and welded onto the 4Runner firewall in the correct location. Tunnel hole will have to be enlarged (use the pickup to make a template and transfer it to the 4Runner.) Clutch cancel switch wired in, neutral safety switch removed (that is if you only want to start the truck with the clutch depressed) Safety First! You may have to use the manual crossmember. There are lots of auto manual swaps on here read up on the subject...do the research!
